About Us

We provide support to junior athletes, newcomers to Canada, and refugees through active participation in sports. Our main focus is tennis, and we are expanding to soccer and other sports.

Within every kick of the ball and every swing of the racket lies a story waiting to be told.

Join us in this ever-evolving narrative, where every chapter unfolds with the promise of growth and inclusivity.

Our Mission

At The Athlete Sports Foundation we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for junior athletes and newcomers to Canada. We believe that sports like tennis, soccer and other Sports can be powerful tools for integration, personal development, and community building.

Our Vision

Active participation in sports significantly enhances the lives of Canadians by promoting physical health, mental well-being, and social connections. Regular involvement in sports helps maintain a healthy weight, improves health, and  reducing the risk of  illnesses. Beyond individual benefits, sports foster social interactions and build friendships, creating a sense of belonging and strengthening community bonds. By encouraging active participation in sports, we can create healthier, happier, and more connected communities across Canada.

Who We Serve

Junior Athletes

We believe in nurturing young talent and providing them with the resources they need to excel in their chosen sport. Our programs focus on skill development, mentorship, and creating a supportive environment for young athletes to thrive.

Newcomers to Canada

Moving to a new country can be challenging, but sports can bridge cultural gaps and create a sense of belonging. We welcome newcomers to join our sports programs, connect with others, and build lasting friendships.

Refugees

For refugees seeking safety and stability, sports offer more than just physical activity. They provide a sense of purpose, camaraderie, and hope. Our organization is dedicated to supporting refugees through sports initiatives.
